Automated Prospect Form Grabber for Sales at Scale

The goal was to build an automated Prospect Form Flow Grabber that identifies forms on web pages, intelligently fills them in, and saves them as a visual component to be used in personalized prospecting emails. This tool uses advanced AI to identify the appropriate form fields, fill them out with relevant information, and capture the form submission process to streamline lead generation content for Chili Piper's email campaigns.

This automation eliminates the need for manual form discovery, automatically fills the forms, and captures screenshots, significantly speeding up gathering lead information for outreach.

Automatic Form Detection: The system scans web pages to detect forms, including those loaded through JavaScript, ensuring thorough discovery. To successfully identify the different forms, we relied on a hybrid approach using an AI agent applying Computer Vision techniques and a series of intelligent methods searching the HTML code of the page.

AI-Powered Form Filling: The solution uses advanced AI to intelligently fill out forms based on the context of the fields (e.g., name, company, email) to simulate real lead information.

Visual Confirmation: Screenshots of the forms before and after filling are taken, providing a visual record that can be used for internal review and verification.

Phase 1 - Requirements Analysis: Collaborated with Chili Piper to understand the specific needs related to form-based lead data collection for their email campaigns.

Phase 2 - Prototype Development: We developed an initial version of the form grabber to ensure accurate form detection and AI-powered form-filling.
