We developed a Form Flow Grabber that addressed Chili Piper's challenges with the following key features:
Automatic Form Detection: The system scans web pages to detect forms, including those loaded through JavaScript, ensuring thorough discovery. To successfully identify the different forms, we relied on a hybrid approach using an AI agent applying Computer Vision techniques and a series of intelligent methods searching the HTML code of the page.
AI-Powered Form Filling: The solution uses advanced AI to intelligently fill out forms based on the context of the fields (e.g., name, company, email) to simulate real lead information.
Visual Confirmation: Screenshots of the forms before and after filling are taken, providing a visual record that can be used for internal review and verification.
The project was divided into several phases:
Collaborated with Chili Piper to understand the specific needs related to form-based lead data collection for their email campaigns.
We developed an initial version of the form grabber to ensure accurate form detection and AI-powered form-filling.
Enhanced the AI’s ability to accurately fill out diverse types of forms across various web pages and extract relevant lead data.
Tested the system in real-world conditions and deployed the solution for Chili Piper’s use.
