Cookie Policy

TL;DR

We don't run analytics, ad pixels, or tracking on this site, and we don't set any first-party or third-party cookies. Forms post directly to our backend - no embedded widgets, no consent prompts needed.

I.What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser by websites you visit. They're used to remember settings (e.g. that you're logged in) or to load embedded widgets that need state. We describe below the only cookies our site sets, who sets them, and why.

II.What we set

The bards.ai website does not set any first-party cookies for analytics, advertising, or tracking. We do not run Google Analytics, Plausible, Fathom, Cloudflare Analytics, or any similar tooling. We do not use cookie-based session management because the site does not have user accounts.

When you load the page, the only network calls are to fetch our content and assets. No cookies are written by us in the process.

III.What third parties set

Nothing. We don't embed any third-party widgets, fonts, or scripts that set cookies. Form submissions post directly to our own backend, which uses Resend to deliver email - that interaction happens server-side and doesn't set anything in your browser.

If we ever add analytics, ad pixels, or any other third-party tracking, we'll update this page and surface a consent prompt before anything is loaded.

IV.How to refuse or delete cookies

There's nothing to refuse on this site. If you disable cookies entirely in your browser, the bards.ai site will continue to work normally. To get in touch you can use the contact form or email hello@bards.ai directly.

Browser-specific instructions: Chrome · Firefox · Safari · Edge.

V.Data controller and contact

The data controller for this site is bards.ai sp. z o.o., registered at ul. Wielka 67, 53-340 Wrocław, Poland. Full registration details and rights under GDPR are listed in our Privacy Policy.
